Product Returns/Exchange follows a no-hassle process to ensure that you can buy from us with full confidence.
1. Coverage of Shipping/Returns Policy:
1.1. An item is returnable if :

  • You received a product different from what you had ordered
  • The item was received damaged/past expiry date (Chances of this are so so negligible, you needn’t worry.)
  • The item is faulty or non functional

1.2 If User Just Does Not Need The Product Anymore?
If you wish to return a product on account of your own reason (not listed above) then a restocking fees would be applicable @ Rs. 100 per product/item which would get deducted from the refund granted.

2. Who bears the return shipping cost?

The user bears the return shipping cost if the product is returned due to any reason other than the three reasons listed in 1.1 above and the product has been shipped from the Nature Therapie warehouse.

3.1 Products shipped by us
Should you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept the return of packages within seven (07) days from the receipt of the product subject to the terms laid down in the various sections laid out in this page. We are happy to initiate a return provided the products are returned unused, with the original tag, in the same condition as you have received it, in its original box and packaging. Temperature sensitive products are not eligible for any returns.

3.2 Products shipped directly by the seller
We are unable to process returns for these products. We will gladly work with you and the seller to find a solution. Just email us at customerservice @ All products that are directly shipped by the seller will be indicated on the product detail (product description) page

4. Products that are not yet shipped
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at customerservice @ or dropping an SMS with the format RETURN to +91 8424054032 Once we receive a cancellation notice and if the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. For orders already shipped we would not be able to cancel the order. The user would have to log a return product request after receiving the product.

5. Products damaged in transit
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping the product but some items may be damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. In case you find the product has been damaged in transit, we urge you to not accept the product and send it back. Just drop us an email at customerservice @ and we will resolve the issue.
6. Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons the following types of products cannot be returned under the conditions specified below.

  • Clothes, cloth diapers, diaper pads, maternity pads etc. – non returnable even if unused or unpacked
  • Edible non returnable if packaging /container has been opened, exposing them to outside air
  • Any other product, past 7 days of delivery

7. Exchange
Exchanges are nothing but items returned to us, which will then attract a store credit for the amount spent, followed by a new purchase, wherein you will be able to utilize the store credit. It’s as simple as that.
